For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

I. Cancellation Policy

  1. In case You change your mind about your purchase, You can unconditionally cancel your Goods within 12 hours of completing the purchase.
  2. After this period, unfortunately, your cancellations are no longer available as the order will already be in the processing stage.

II. Returning Goods

We want your order to be exactly how You want it! We recognize that everyone makes mistakes (including ourselves!). Please double-check your product details before submitting your order.

NOTE:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

III. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Credit card, PayPal, etc.). If the original payment method is no longer valid, please contact our customer support team to arrange an alternative.

Once We receive the returned Goods (if We have previously accepted a return based on the above standard conditions), the refund will be processed within 1-5 business days.

It may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
