Order Cut-Off and Processing Time

• Business Days: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT)
• Order Cut-off Time: 05:00 PM PT (Pacific Time). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
• Handling / Processing Time: 1 to 4 business days. This is the time required to manufacture your made-to-order item before it leaves our facility.

Transit Time

Once production is complete, your order will be handed over to the carrier.

• United States: 4 to 10 business days.
• International: 4 to 15 business days.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

• USA Orders: 5 to 14 business days (Processing + Transit).
• International Orders: 5 to 19 business days (Processing + Transit).
