Once you’ve completed your purchase at Jacket Wow, we’ll send you an email confirmation with the purchase information.

If you want to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours for further assistance. After this period, unfortunately, your cancellations are no longer available as the order will already be in the processing stage.
