  Shipping

  Order Cut-Off and Processing Time

  • Business Days: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT)
  • Order Cut-off Time: 05:00 PM PT (Pacific Time). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Handling / Processing Time: 1 to 4 business days. This is the time required to manufacture your made-to-order item before it leaves our facility.

  Transit Time

  Once production is complete, your order will be handed over to the carrier.

  • United States: 4 to 10 business days.
  • International: 4 to 15 business days.

  Estimated Total Delivery Time

  • USA Orders: 5 to 14 business days (Processing + Transit).
  • International Orders: 5 to 19 business days (Processing + Transit).

  Shipping Costs

  Shipping rates are calculated based on your order total in USD.

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate for all orders under $100.
  • Free Shipping: 0$ (Free) for all orders over $100.

  Shipping Carriers & Origin

  We use reliable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • US Orders: Shipped via USPS, DHL US, or DHL Parcel.
  • International Orders: Shipped via Australia Post, Canada Post, DHL Express UK, Yun Express, or Yanwen.
  • Shipment Origin: Your order may be fulfilled and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment centers or our international fulfillment partners, depending on product availability and your location.

  Returns/Exchanges

  Cancellation Policy

  You may cancel your order within 12 hours of completing your purchase. After 12 hours, cancellations are strictly not permitted, as your order will have entered the production process. To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at [email protected] with your Order Number.

  Acceptable Conditions for Returns

  We maintain a strict, limited Return Policy. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for “change of mind” or customer errors. We only accept returns for items that are defective due to our error. Acceptable reasons include:

  • Receiving the wrong size compared to your original order details.
  • Receiving an incorrect design or print that differs from the product page.
  • Receiving a product that is damaged upon arrival.
  • Receiving the wrong style.

  Return Process & Timeframe

  If your order meets the defective criteria above, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request”.
  2. Include your Order Number in the email.
  3. Attach clear photos showing the issue (the defect, damage, or incorrect size/style).

  Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Return Shipping Fee: $0. Because we only process returns for items defective due to our error, no return shipping is required from the customer in most cases.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

  Replacements & Refunds

  Once we verify the issue via your photos, we will offer you the choice of a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Replacements: Processing takes 1–4 business days, and shipping takes 4–15 business days.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. We process refunds within 1–5 business days. Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the funds. If you do not receive your refund after this timeframe, email us for assistance.
  • Note: Processing time for refunds is calculated in business days only (Mon-Fri).

  Exchanges

  Since all products are custom-made, we do not offer standard exchanges. If an item is defective or incorrect due to our fault, it falls under our Return Policy. We will send a free replacement or issue a refund. You do not need to place a new order.
